Call for Papers
The 5th International Symposium on Multimodal Transportation (ISMT 2022) will be held Friday
through Saturday, August 19-20, 2022 in CICTS (Collaborative Innovation Center for Transport
Studies) of Dalian Maritime University in Dalian, Liaoning, China.
Surrounded by the Yellow Sea, Dalian is one of China's most cosmopolitan cities.
Its temperate climate, clean air and early-20th-century architecture alone attract the attention
of international travelers from the region. We are aware of the COVID-19 impact on future
travels and will continue to monitor the situation and explore all options to ensure a safe,
rewarding, and enjoyable experience.
We are pleased to invite you to attend the 5th International Symposium on Multimodal
Transportation (ISMT 2022) that will be held in CICTS (Collaborative Innovation Center for
Transport Studies) of Dalian Maritime University from August 19 to 20, 2022. The theme of ISMT
2022 is “Innovative, Smart, and Green Transportation”. The goal is to provides a forum for high
quality, cutting-edge research in transportation science and technology on state-of-the-art
topics in transportation，especially in this transitional economic background. Selected full
papers will be published in the ISMT special issue of top transportation research journals that
